*From Santa Cruz, exit Highway 1 south at Rio del Mar , turn left to cross freeway.
*From Watsonville, exit Highway 1 north at Rio del Mar, turn right onto Rio del Mar.
Proceed to the traffic signal where you turn left onto Soquel Drive (north), then continue a short distance to where you turn right into Valencia Avenue, at Surf City Coffee. Park to left of Palm Deli (formerly Piggie's Market) and walk a few steps through the small garden to Cottage #6.
